The scene of the action  

What actually happened? 

While trying to catch “Brickie” the parrot,  the “Steini” the cat miscalculated his steps and ends up on the edge of the roof. Gloating, “Brickie” flaps his wings a bit while the miserable cat can only sit there, meowing….Neither Ms. Steinbrink, Steini’s owner, nor her sister can reach him.. It appears that Steini is not cooperating. He is paralyzed , unable to move one inch. There is nothing to do but to call the fire department.
